Received a damaged/incorrect item(s)? We are happy to replace any damaged/incorrect or defective items purchased from our site. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of damage/incorrect item(s) and photos. No replacements will be granted after 7 days of delivery. Damaged/incorrect or defective item(s) must be returned using our prepaid return shipping label before replacement parcels are issued. Returns can be made by scheduling a contactless home pickup with UPS or dropping your return off at your local shipping center. Refunds will not be issued for customer refusal to return damaged/incorrect or defective item(s).
For International orders, returns and refunds will not be issued for customs delays, holds, duty fees out of our control or unclaimed parcels.
